- Users sign in to MyBoatOS.
- Users provide or confirm a mobile phone number in onboarding/profile/notifications.
- Users accept SMS consent in the authenticated settings flow.

Guest Consent at Capture
How Guests Opt In:
- Visit an operator's public booking portal.
- Provide a mobile phone number when requesting a charter.
- The form carries a verbatim consent disclosure (see /sms-compliance for the exact text) with a link to this opt-in page and a link to the privacy policy.
- Form submission constitutes consent.
